Realty San Antonio Agent Mariah McClure is the 2021 REALTOR® Rookie of the Year

Realty San Antonio is proud to congratulate Mariah McClure as the 2021 REALTOR® Rookie of the Year by The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR). This award recognizes a REALTOR® who has completed their first full year of real estate. 

Mariah exemplifies the spirit and criteria of this award, given to those that best embodies what it means to be a REALTOR®. The winners of this award are an asset to the professional community as well as a driving force behind the public perception of the industry, and they are also evaluated on the number of transactions they have. 

For Mariah, winning Rookie of the Year is more than just a title. In 2020, she took out all of her retirement savings after putting herself through college and working two jobs as a single mom. She decided that she would give real estate her all. Driven by the desire to create a great future for herself and her children, she never told herself she would fail.

“For me, success wasn't defined as closing after closing but defined as consistency, transparency, and a real genuineness to give back,” said Mariah.

At Realty San Antonio, Mariah combines her passion for serving her community and her love for real estate. She is fluent in American Sign Language and is involved in real estate advocacy for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. 

Mariah was also honored as a Platinum Top 50 Finalist and received the Newcomer of the Year Award earlier this year.
