Located on the Northwest Side, the San Antonio Yoga Center offers classes for every level of yogi. Beginner classes are offered every Monday and Saturday for those looking to learn the basics. They also offer Hatha and Vinyasa-style classes that are divided into 3 Levels based on the individual’s experience. For the ladies, be sure to come on Wednesday as they have a class at 6:30 specifically designed to meet the specific physical, mental, and emotional needs of women. The Synergy Studio
